Goals

** Interim Goal **

Since I have been at a standstill for quite some time (actually,  a backslide most recently) I have decided to create an interim goal for the next fifteen weeks.  My goal is  to lose 15 pounds in 15 weeks.  It’s not unreasonable and totally doable if I just stick to what I know works. I am doing flex and will journal and stay within points, drink lots of water, and take my regular walks with the dog.  I have thought about trying out Core and will maybe switch sometime in the next 15 weeks depending on how things go. I’ll also update at least once per week and post my weigh-ins and update my progress page.

Here are the mini - goals I have set for myself on my journey to a healthy weight:

Goal 1 Out of the “obese” BMI range ACCOMPLISHED! 6/6/07 :)

Goal 2 Driver’s License Weight (180) ACCOMPLISHED! 8/1/07 :)

Goal 3 Lose 10% of my body weight (-19.5) ACCOMPLISHED! 10/03/07 :)

Goal 4 Out of the 170’s (approx 1/2 way point)

Goal 5 Out of the 160’s

Goal 6 Size 10 jeans

Goal 7 Normal BMI of 24.9

Goal 8 Size 8 jeans

*Ultimate Goal*: 45 lbs lost, 150 lbs (or less)
