WI day and Kozy Shack Pudding

Not one pound, one-tenth of a pound! I guess I should consider it a victory anyway, though, after everything I ate at the Olive Garden yesterday and the double chocolate brownie sundaes on Sunday. So I am down 1.6 lbs in 2 weeks on my short term goal of 15 lbs in 15 weeks. I can do this!
Yesterday I was CRAVING something sweet. I actually dug through my pantry *hoping* a box of brownie mix would be in there. Luckily there wasn’t. So I settled for a single serving of Kozy Shack no-sugar added rice pudding . I sprinkled a little cinnamon on it - it was delish! I also have the sugar free Jell-O rice pudding, but it’s not nearly as good.

My daughter loves that stuff. My mom keeps it at her house for the kids. I will have to try it myself now!!

One of the things I find great when I have a craving for something sweet is watermelon, especially now in the summer. Sweet and tasty and ZERO calories. check out my blog too if you get a chance. http://fatwisewords.blogspot.com/
