A co-worker (who has lost over 100 lbs!) shared this brand with me. It is called Walden Farms and they sell calorie-free syrups, dressings and sauces. I tasted a bit of BBQ sauce they make and it was not bad. I’m curious if anyone else has tried any of their stuff and what you think.

They claim to be “calorie-free” which makes me a little nervous - like maybe if there’s no calories,  it’s not real food and just a bunch of chemicals or something Anyway, my friend said their syrup is great. She likes it better than the sugar free from the store.
