180 lbs
Up 2 lbs from last week.
Up 6 lbs over my lowest weight.
Bottom line - I need to get serious. I say I am serious then I do things like eat a million sweets at the work potluck and sit on my butt when I planned all day to get some activity in. I don’t know where the motivation has gone. It’s in there somewhere.. and I’m just having a hard time finding it.

I know how you feel and when I lose my motivation I have to look for new recipes to try and something new to do for an activity!! Try looking at before and after weight loss photo’s online. That did it for me!!

Hey Girl, find that motivation! Hopefully now that you’ve touched back up in to the 180’s you’ll want to get back to the 70’s! That always does it for me. Get back on track and that 6lbs will be gone in no time! I bet some of it might even be water weight if you haven’t been great about that. Come on! Get back on track and by the end of June you’ll be on course again!

I am in the exact same place, up six pounds from my lowest and up about a pound over last week. I’m just trying to get refocused and do everything I can to remember how great I feel when I’m losing and eating the right things and exercising. It’s so hard! I’m there with you! We can do it!
