ohh… I know how discouraging a set-back can be. Sometimes it just makes me want to quit… who wants to keep going after you “fail”??? (I use that word ONLY to describe how I feel sometimes)… but you must must must keep going!! Don’t give up (: You can see the scale delete that tiny little gain and keep heading in the right direction. All it could take is one week!!! Don’t give up… GO FIGHT WIN! (: he he (that was from my high school days!)

I am with you—-they do suck…I was up 1.4 today….so let’s get back on the horse and next Friday we will be down again!! We can do it!
