Pizza Hut .. all kinds of bad

I am typing this after eating leftover breadsticks for breakfast. Yes, for breakfast. I’m telling myself that the Pizza Hut leftovers in the fridge must go in the trash.
Last night turned into a Pizza Hut indulgence. I intended to be good - just 2 slices of cheese pizza. But then I got frustrated with a project I’m working on (a quilt to donate to Humanitarian services through my church.) I ended up having to drive to WalMart for supplies at 10pm only to find out when I got home that what I bought wasn’t going to work. Grrr… I was tired, frustrated and mad. (But not HUNGRY)
So, of course what did I do? Ate more pizza, and 2 cinnamon sticks! :p Here’s the damage:

Stress eating is the worst! Sorry you are having such a hard time. And I agree, throw those leftovers away RIGHT NOW!!! And just get back on track for lunch…one meal at a time, right? Hang in there, you can do it!!!
