Sad WI day

I’m up 1 lb and 2 lbs over my all-time low … I’m not at my 10% anymore.:(

I know why I’m up and I know what I need to do… Just bummed out right now.

On a better note, I saw someone today that I hadn’t seen since May. She complimented me and said I looked thin - I need to use this as motivation to stick to plan. I can get back to my 10% and surpass it and begin working on my 3rd mini-goal!

    Not that it will make you feel any better but I did the same exact thing. Hit my 10% got super happy and excited and then gained 1.2 the following week. I was really waiting for the lady to take back my key chain because of it. You’ll get back there in no time!

    I know gains can be discouraging- but don’t let it get you off plan. You have made great progress. Slow and steady wins the race- keep in the race!
