New car, new jeans, new waist size

Well my car died this week so I got to go shopping for a new one. Although it wasn’t intended to be a reward for reaching a goal, it was kind of fun that getting a new car coincided with getting to 10%. I got a Ford Escape. This picture isn’t actually my car, but mine looks just like it.
I also caved and went back to Target for the jeans I tried on the other day. I went to a different location and found them in a 14. Yay for clothes that fit! I also took my measurements again today. I only showed a change on my waist; down 1/2 inch for a total of 2.5 inches off my waist. I actually thought it would be a little more, but I’m not gonna complain.
I’ve used up most of my flexies, but I have a family dinner tomorrow. So my strategy for the rest of the weekend is portion control and fruits & veggies!

First, congrats on the 10% and lost inches…..ever little bit is a huge step! Secondly, very cool car. I love the color! Congrats….. I’ve got a CR-V, but am on the hunt for something in case it starts to act up…love the little SUVs!

Congrats on all the new things!! Reaching 10% is great…and wha a nice reward!!
I am 15.7 pounds away but hope to get there by the end of the year (or sooner!). I’m glad you were able to find the pants.
