I think I need to take my measurements this weekend. When I start feeling like there’s not any noticeable changes in the mirror, I think it’s time to convince myself by pulling out the measuring tape. Today I wore some low rise jeans that I thought were cute on the hanger, but by the end of the day I was just feeling chubby and like I had “muffin top”.  I ended up wearing a zip-up hoodie to cover my mid-section even though I was hot. Sigh. . . perhaps I felt that way because of what I ate today - fast food nachos, chinese from the school cafeteria and  a Root Beer float.  I used up flex points on it all so I am still OP, but I usually forget how I feel when I eat that kind of stuff until it’s too late and i’ve already chowed it down. Hoping to feel better in the morning  - and I WILL bust out the measuring tape.
