Fitting in Exercise

I need to figure out how to fit in exercise with my new schedule. Besides taking the stairs and walking between buildings on campus I haven’t gotten any since school started. Two of my days are ~12 hour days (9am - 8:30/9:30pm). I honestly don’t see myself exercising those two days.
Irish dance starts back up next week (HOORAY!) and I need to start playing some DDR or doing my videos again. If it would cool off I’d walk outside, but I think I’ll wait until it’s in the 80’s. Tomorrow is my weigh after being at home from vacations for a week. I’m hoping to be back at my lowest.

It’s always the hardest for me to fit in the exercise too. Sounds like you are determined enough to make it happen though

I hope WI goes well…and I have had to do the same thing…find things (videos) inside…it is just too hot out there now, no matter what time of day it is! You’ll find what works for you and if you can’t work out those 2 days, there are 5 more days to try and get some in

Sounds like really long days!! Just the walking from building to building will help. Maybe fit in some weights during your off time. Are you a teacher at a college?

Usually there’s free membership to the gym for students. Check that out and fit some ‘YOU’ time into that class and study schedule.

It sounds like unless you wake up super early or go to bed super late on your 12 hour days, working out will be tough. You’ll find a way to fit it in. Something will just have to go…I’ve had the same issues. Really my only option is to do it at night after the 10 mo. old goes to bed…but then that’s giving up time with the hubby. So, you’ll find a time that works! Even if it’s just a quick walk or a quick video! Good luck!

DDR & dance classes are such a life saver for me! (I do swing dancing) i’m the kind of person who will get so bored at the gym. hooray for fun exercise
