On a scale of 1 to 10 …

I’d give today a 5. I’m getting back in to the swing of working and school again. My new full-time job is exhausting me. I am teaching a total of 6 sections from 4 different classes and they are all new classes for me; So I have TONS of prep work and reading to do for each one. I love it, but I am wiped out. Today was a 12.5 hour day.
Eating was OK, except I had pizza at the cafeteria for dinner (need to plan ahead better) and there literally was not time to fit in exercise. Also, not enough water. . . I need to remember to carry a bottle with me to all my classes.
I haven’t posted a menu in a while so here’s today’s intake:

It is a big adjustment, so it will take some time to get into a groove. But then you will be fine and be able to get back on track!! So, hang in there until then! ((hugs))

Yea! Back on track with a routine….now you just need to tweak it a bit to make it work for you. And, you’re already planning on how you can make it successful! Sounds like Hawaii was fabulous! Congrats on the new job and good luck getting settled into all the new classes!

Back to school apparently sucks as bad for you teachers as it does for we students.
Nah, I already knew that, my mom’s a teacher.
I had a pizza pocket for dinner yesterday, I still am feeling it. lol
