Out of Town - can I do this?

Tomorrow begins my string of being out of town and I am NERVOUS! I am going to be out of town for 27 days total between now and the end of August which means I won’t be cooking my own meals or eating from my own pantry very much. Eating out is my downfall and I am going to be “guess”timating points like crazy. I’m also going to be away from the internet and my beloved Excel spreadsheet and my blog and all of you who help me stay on track <sniff> …. I’ll be gone on a work trip for 6 days this week, then at a 5-day professional conference at the beginning of August. I’m home overnight then head out on a camp-out with the 12-18 yr old girls from church then back for 3 nights before our 8 night trip to Hawaii!! Then at the end of August I have a 2 night camp-out with sign language students from the school where I teach. TELL ME I CAN DO THIS!! Any suggestions for staying on track away from home greatly appreciated.

You CAN and WILL do this. LOG your food daily in your diary and load up on healthy snacks to keep with you. When ordering out just use common sence and make good choices, this will be a piece of cake for you, but of coarse we will MISS YA!! Have fun and don’t stress. WW gave you the tools….you will do fine.

Sounds like something you should be looking forward to.
I suggest documenting manually, making the best choices possible, getting in some exercise, and have fun! You’ll do great.

YOU CAN DO THIS! Just do everything you can to avoid the eating out foods that you probably typically love. You’ll feel so good after you make good choices. Get salads and ask for no cheese and croutons. Look for lean meats and veggies. Indulge every once in awhile. And exercise. YOU’LL BE GREAT!!!

YOU CAN DO THIS! If you know that you’re gonna be eating out why not look up dwlz for some restaurants and possible meals you’ll prolly get and write down their point values before you take off…that way theres less guestimating and I find I eat less when I know what I’m eating is worth like 12 pts
You can do this!! and above all, rmr to have some fun on all those trips

WOW!! Busy lady! You can do it. Think about taking some non-perisable low point snacks with you! Have fun…can’t wait to hear about it!

Of course you can do this! Make a manual table, maybe take a journal too (to replace the blogging) and try your best to make good choices. Even if you don’t make some now and then, you’ll be aware of it and sometimes that’s push enough. Just have fun and enjoy being away from the real world for a while

You can do it! Take all your materials with you and do what you can, don’t stress and ENJOY HAWAII!!!! You must try the shave ice!
We’ll miss you but know you’ll be having fun. “see” you when you get back.
