Diet along with everyday life stuff!

Went to the YMCA on my lunch hour today and did 30 minutes on the elliptical and a few weight machines.  I felt really good afterwards and plan to go 2 more times this week and walk on the days I don’t go to the Y.  I think exercise has been the missing piece of my plan, but I’m changing that!
