			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>wow! How does time get away from me? The plan was to atleast post my daily food log each day and I only managed to do that once. This week has been good. At weigh in on Monday, I was exactly the same as the week before. That was a bit frustrating because I felt like I had my best week yet. Mentally, I know that just happens some weeks, but emotionally it just really sucks to not see the scale move. This week, I&#8217;ve stayed on track and started a Biggest Loser competition at work. It&#8217;s nice to have other people working towards the same goal as me. A little extra cash in my pocket wouldn&#8217;t hurt either. Now the weekend is here&#8211;the best part of my week, but the hardest part of my week.</p>

<p> I&#8217;m what you would call a &#8220;repeat offender.&#8221; About 2 years ago I started Weight Watchers for the first time and lost 65 pounds. I felt better than I have ever felt in my entire life. Then I got married, life got busy, and I got lazy. I put back on almost 40 of those pounds in a mere 7 months (after I had the weight off for over a year). I look at myself now and I am so mad that I let myself get back where I said I would never go again. I am determined to get back to my goal weight&#8211;and stay there this time!</p>
