HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO YOU ALL, i hope everyone has a wonderful, safe halloween. Can you believe how fast October has went by, next thing you know it will be christmas. Me and the bf are going to take his two nephew trick or treating tonight since they have a new baby in the house they are going to be superman and tigger. I have not done good this week and hope that tomorrow will be a start to a new day.
Breakfast - Special k red berries

baked potatoe with butter and sour cream
supper - small piece of chicken
1 cup of field peas
baked potatoe with sour cream, mozzellera cheese and butter
I dont know what it was but yesterday i just needed the baked potatoe i guess my body was craving some starch.
Thats what i did all weekend well at least sunday all i wanted to do was much on something here and munch on something there and then i just munched munched munched. It was like the uncontrolable fat kid was screaming to be let out. We watched a bunch of scary movies this weekend and for some reason when i watch scary movies all i want to do is eat. It started off good i had some low fat cheese pretzels - 1 point for a cup and then some reduced fat cheese its - 2 points for a cup then i went for a chocolate chip cookie then a slice of oreo pie- the smallest piece i could find - 4 points then a fun size snickers. On the plus side i drinked 8 glasses of water and felt like a balloon was inside of me by this time it was 6:00 and then we ate pizza but i opted for the healthy choice pizza since i had already done so bad.
I think one of my biggest issues is control and gaining control of my eating. Now if i let my self get too hungry its like the control goes out the window until i am done eating something so i cant let myself get too hungry or i can just forget it. HAPPY MONDAY TO ALL….
Sorry i have been MIA for a couple of days work has been crazy. The concert was great i mean great, we had the best time and i will defiently make another trip back to see them in concert. This weekend i went and did some shopping for some new blue jeans to wear especially since that is what i wear to work in the winter time so i needed some new one’s that do not look as if i have crapped in my pants. So i was not sure what size i would be so i grabbed a couple of pairs in about three different sizes to try on. I had a pair of 11’s, 10’s, then a pair of 9’s first the 11 was way to big then i tryed on the 10 and they were a bit big so i said what the heck thinking ok i know that the size 9 are not going to fit but i will give it a shot and guess what THEY FIT and they fit really good. I was so excited about it i was dancing in the fitting room so happy i was on the phone calling my friend telling her about my pants. So i am wearing them today and i have had alot of compliment on how much weight i have loss today and feel so good about myself.

Well yesterday the bf called and asked if i wanted to meet him to eat lastnight so i said of coarse and we were going to this mexican place to eat. Well on the way there his mom called and we had to change our plans to help his grandmother move the rest of her stuff out, so i was alittle disspointent that the plans for our date night were changed since i have not see much of him lately because of moving and working. Well he wanted to take me out to eat to suprise me with something it was RASCAL FLATTS TICKETS and we are going tonight to the concert. I am so excited and this is one of the greatest things especially suprises that he has ever done for me. We are going with some friends so it will be great. WEll yesterday i did really good i cooked some veg soup and put every vegetable i could think of in it and it was so good.

Well after finally reaching my 10% goal i have been feeling really good about myself. My clothes are defiently big on me now and you can pretty much tell at that. Well yesterday i wore this cute top well it kind of reminds you of a maturnity top you know the one’s that are so popular now, it ties in the back and had the high waist band on it. * just an inside not here* i work for an industrial manufacture , and most of the people i see are men nasty dirty grease covered men. Ok back to the story, Well i thought it was very cute so i wore it yesterday. WEll i was doing my usual walk to the water fountion to feel up my bottle of water, and i have to pass all of the men to get there anyways there was this very nice older man and as i passed him i said hello and went on and got my water well coming back i was going to ask him if someone was helping him or not and before i could say it he said ” Your having a baby arent you?” To my suprise i respond with a no im not and a polite smile and walk away but i wanted to scram NO I AM NOT PREGNANT YOU IDOT and i wanted to run away crying but i thought a minute and said its just this stupid shirt and dumb man dont know fashion. It would have been one thing if i was pregnant but i wasent and not even thinking about it. So i go and ask a friend of mine that i work with if i looked pregnant (knowing she would not tell me if i did but took my chances)and of coarse she said no. So to put a end to the story the shirt is now in the trash and i will never again purchase one like it…
YEAAAAAAAAA i have finally reached my 10% which is totally a shock to me. I got on the scale Saturday morning and there it was down five pounds which puts me at 165 and that is my 10% and that puts me at a 20 pound loss so far.
Doing my happy dance doing my happy dance. I was so floored that i bent down to make sure i was reading the correct number on the scale and not that my eyes were playing tricks on me. Then just to make sure i weighed again Sunday morning and it was the same. It just really does not make since because Tom is here and last week i had alittle splurge wednesday and i did not get to walk as much as i had been. So the only thing i could come to was usually i eat a smart one meal everyday for lunch and last week two day i ate a salad with low fat ranch and i thought maby it was the salt i was taking in with the smart one meals. Hum something to ponder.
Well all of my bra’s and panties now are too big the butt of my panties look like i crapped in them and well the boob’s are shrinking a bit so i had to do some much needed shopping for new undergarments this weekend. Oh did i mention i tried on a pair of jeans and i had to get two sizes smaller. Skinny world here i come.
I hope to get in alot of excerise this weekend since i only walked one day this week. I did stay the same which is good since i had a splurge day wednesday. Hopefully next week i can gain hold of it all but tom is here so i am expecting alittle gain from him.

Excerise: none ugh i really did bad on this one this week
Last night we ate for my parents birthday at this really nice resturant that has the best food in town, Its a cabin type resturant thats very upscale and it sits out on the river and is very romantic. Did i mention the food? Ok so i am just going to scrach what i ate last night and just start over fresh today but i will tell you what i ate….

i split a piece of peanut butter pie - it was to die for.
So i am just started over fresh just going to scrach yesterday and eat good today…
Well i broke my streak of maintance and this morning when i weighed in i was down 1 pound. I am excited even thought it is just 1 pound. I was really suprised because this week it has rained or we had something planned and i could not walk but did try to do some running in place jogging in the house ( hope that counts). My chicken wrap turned out really good and it was only 5 points for all of it. I am planning on doing alot of excerise this weekend to catch myself back up with what i dident do this week. This weekend is Homecoming at my old college so i think i am going to go join the activities, i know last year they had this rock climb you could do and i really wanted to do it but was to afraid i would make a fool of myself but this year i am doing it for sure. Oh and i only lack 5 pounds till i am to my 10%

Well today i did not do to bad on the eating front but i have noticed that i really want to be bad yesterday i ate a salad from Willey T ’s and it was so so good but i really should not have eaten out i should have just eaten what i had brought from home to eat for lunch. Then today some co workers were eating out and i almost had my self convenice to eat out but i dident (thank goodness). Yesterday me and the bf got outside and washed my car twice and i cleaned the inside out and vacumed it out so i am giving my self 1 activity point for doing that because boy was it some work. Also i bought these Garden Harvest Chips in the Tomato basil and the cinnamon apple and they are 2 points for 16 chips and really really good. Tonight i am cooking a chicken rollup here it is:
1 wheat flat wrap or wheat tortilla
spinach leaves
a couple stirps of grilled chicken with some basil and alittle garlic
1/2 of FF mozella cheese
some sun dried tomatoes and two spoons full of ff refried beans maby some jalapones
then roll it all up and put in a skillet and brown both sides until the cheese melts and dip in salsa
So so good and i cant wait to dig in to it.
