So i went to the gym and it was so much fun but boy now i am really feeling it in my legs for sure. I hate this time of the year when everyone is at the gym i am ready for a few months to pass and the gym goes back to the way it was where there is always the same crowd who goes. I had the whole experience planned out i was going to start with the treadmill for 30 min then the eliciple for 20 min then the stationary bike or some other machine for the the remaining time i had left. Well first i had to beat around the bush for 20 min waiting for a tread mill to come free for me to use so i started with the eliciple machine and did 20 min then the treadmill was still taken so i did the stationary bike for 20 min and still they were taken so i did the step climber for 10 min and finally it became free but by then i had used all my time on stuff i really did not ever want to use all i wanted to use was the treadmill and no one would get off of it. Oh and to top it off i walked away from my stationary bike which was located right next to the treadmill for a min just to take a sip of some water and i was walking back and the lady got off, i thought finally then a stupid man ran to get it before i made it there. I really wanted to kick him but i thought for my gym membership sake i should not but boy was i pissed. So now my legs are so sore i think its because i messed up my routine. I know its a good sign because i was working on muscles that had not been worked on but i that did not matter to me at the time and i feel they are sore because i did not get a chance to warm them up on the treadmill like i usually do.
