This weekend went really good friday we ate Mexican and i had chicken fagitas and did very lite with them. Oh and friday i was so proud of myself. I like to save as many points on the weekends for breakfast and lunch because i know we will be eating out that night so the other girls i work with who think my life style change is stupid was getting lunch from this really good and greesy hamburger joint well they were trying to convience me to eat there but instead i went for my taco soup that i had brought from the night before. Yea for me and my will power. Which was a good idea i decided against this because we had mexican. Saturday we ate at Applebee’s and i had the WW confetti Chicken which was yum o’. So all in all i have been giving myself a pat on the back(pat pat pat).
My birthday is coming up on the 14th and the bf bought me this really nice watch that has diamonds around the watch and down the band and the mother of pearl inside. Its really nice.
I think i am going to go to the gym tonight and do alittle work out. I hate going to the gym after the first of the year because most of the people there look so buff and there body’s are perfectly fit then here comes the fat girl and i feel like everyone is thinking ” well this should be interesting” Then when i am on the treadmill i feel like my fat looks like its fighting with each other under my shirt. Can you say bow chicka bow bow… Well i hope you all have a wonderful week.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
