Last night i made Taco Soup and it was so good. It has black beans in it and i thought well this is a great way to get them in. I weighed this morning and i am back to my pre christmas weight woo hoo. I did not think that i was going to make it through the day yesterday being back on my normal eating routine at 4:00 yesterday i was starving to death. I guess that i am so use to being able to snack all day if i wont to especially during the holidays with all the goodies we have around and then being off from work and being at home with the goodies dident help either. Well today starts day two of the normal routine.
I have been thinking of getting a workout dvd and i wanted to see if anyone had any good suggestions on one? I think i might like a kick boxing one but i have never done it either and i dont wont to get one that i will use for a few days then stop or one that dosent even feel like i am working out. I want something fun, with music, that i can tell is working.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
