Thats right i am finally back to my normal routine. I have five pounds that i have to lose to be back to my pre christmas weight which i miss so much. Five pounds you think well thats not that much well i can defiently tell and feel those five pounds and boy am i ready to say good bye to them.
I bought me this cool new little radio you strap to your arm when you walk yesterday to keep me company while i walk. I really wanted to get me an ipod or mp3 player but i get tired of having to put songs on there so i thought i would give this a try first and see how it goes.
Well i am finally back at work boo but hey i need this routine of eating back before i gain all the weight loss plus some. Well hope you all have a wonderful day.
Breakfast - special k red berries
lunch - lean cusine chicken fried rice
raspberry jello and pinapple
100 calorie pack of choc cookies

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
