And lots of it thats for sure. Well i weighed this weekend and boy was i sad and depressed. I am up five pounds thats right i said five pounds. How in the world could i gain five pounds overnight well i can tell you it the ice cream party i had with the girls, the birthday cake, the eating out and all the bad bad food that was there. I knew the minute i woke up this morning i was up i could just feel it. So today i am striving to be extra good and drink extra water. Oh i should have known better but it was just so much fun and oh so good. I am just so upset with my self for caving in to the sweet goodness of it all but hey i am only normal.
Friday night me a my friend Evelyn had this craving for something so we set out to walmart at 11:30 to see what me could find and boy did we find some stuff. First we bought a huge tub of neopolitan ice cream, some chocolate topping, cameral topping, peanut butter topping and some chocolate sprinkles. Well if that was not enought we also got some ice cream cones and bowls. Oh boy this did turn into a long night. Well to make ourselves not feel so bad we bought some LF Pretezel chips which was so good dipped in our spinach dip. So to say the least i am paying for my eating mistakes today. Sham Sham Sham Oh i updated my recipes a good taco soup and also my progression pics.

Thats right you read that right. Today is my birthday and i am very excited. I reflected today on the past year and last year this time i was fat and miserable. The bf is taking me out to eat at the nice resturant tonight and i bought myself this really cute skirt to wear with my boots. When i bought it i thought man last year i would have never worn anything like this. I am so proud of myself on what i have accomplished this year and i hope that next year i am 20lbs less then now.

So i went to the gym and it was so much fun but boy now i am really feeling it in my legs for sure. I hate this time of the year when everyone is at the gym i am ready for a few months to pass and the gym goes back to the way it was where there is always the same crowd who goes. I had the whole experience planned out i was going to start with the treadmill for 30 min then the eliciple for 20 min then the stationary bike or some other machine for the the remaining time i had left. Well first i had to beat around the bush for 20 min waiting for a tread mill to come free for me to use so i started with the eliciple machine and did 20 min then the treadmill was still taken so i did the stationary bike for 20 min and still they were taken so i did the step climber for 10 min and finally it became free but by then i had used all my time on stuff i really did not ever want to use all i wanted to use was the treadmill and no one would get off of it. Oh and to top it off i walked away from my stationary bike which was located right next to the treadmill for a min just to take a sip of some water and i was walking back and the lady got off, i thought finally then a stupid man ran to get it before i made it there. I really wanted to kick him but i thought for my gym membership sake i should not but boy was i pissed. So now my legs are so sore i think its because i messed up my routine. I know its a good sign because i was working on muscles that had not been worked on but i that did not matter to me at the time and i feel they are sore because i did not get a chance to warm them up on the treadmill like i usually do.

This weekend went really good friday we ate Mexican and i had chicken fagitas and did very lite with them. Oh and friday i was so proud of myself. I like to save as many points on the weekends for breakfast and lunch because i know we will be eating out that night so the other girls i work with who think my life style change is stupid was getting lunch from this really good and greesy hamburger joint well they were trying to convience me to eat there but instead i went for my taco soup that i had brought from the night before. Yea for me and my will power. Which was a good idea i decided against this because we had mexican. Saturday we ate at Applebee’s and i had the WW confetti Chicken which was yum o’. So all in all i have been giving myself a pat on the back(pat pat pat).
My birthday is coming up on the 14th and the bf bought me this really nice watch that has diamonds around the watch and down the band and the mother of pearl inside. Its really nice.
I think i am going to go to the gym tonight and do alittle work out. I hate going to the gym after the first of the year because most of the people there look so buff and there body’s are perfectly fit then here comes the fat girl and i feel like everyone is thinking ” well this should be interesting” Then when i am on the treadmill i feel like my fat looks like its fighting with each other under my shirt. Can you say bow chicka bow bow… Well i hope you all have a wonderful week.

Last night i made Taco Soup and it was so good. It has black beans in it and i thought well this is a great way to get them in. I weighed this morning and i am back to my pre christmas weight woo hoo. I did not think that i was going to make it through the day yesterday  being back on my normal eating routine at 4:00 yesterday i was starving to death. I guess that i am so use to being able to snack all day if i wont to especially during the holidays with all the goodies we have around and then being off from work and being at home with the goodies dident help either. Well today starts day two of the normal routine.

I have been thinking of getting a workout dvd and i wanted to see if anyone had any good suggestions on one? I think i might like a kick boxing one but i have never done it either and i dont wont to get one that i will use for a few days then stop or one that dosent even feel like i am working out. I want something fun, with music, that i can tell is working.

Thats right i am finally back to my normal routine. I have five pounds that i have to lose to be back to my pre christmas weight which i miss so much. Five pounds you think well thats not that much well i can defiently tell and feel those five pounds and boy am i ready to say good bye to them.
I bought me this cool new little radio you strap to your arm when you walk yesterday to keep me company while i walk. I really wanted to get me an ipod or mp3 player but i get tired of having to put songs on there so i thought i would give this a try first and see how it goes.
Well i am finally back at work boo but hey i need this routine of eating back before i gain all the weight loss plus some. Well hope you all have a wonderful day.
