Ok i gave in and it was great no scratch that it was wonderful what you ask well a peanut butter sonic blast from sonic. Ok let me explain yesterday i had to take my little sister and her friend for there beauty walk dress fitting. Which was alot of fun for all of us well on the way back they wanted to stop for some ice cream well we ususally go to this place that has yogert and sorbet but we were closer to sonic which is a fast food place that has great ice cream. Well they knew exactly what they wanted which was the sonic blast so i caved in to one and it was like seeing an old friend and it was so good so i said ok thats it i cant have another for two months or longer. Let me explain what it was this cup of vanilla ice cream with peanut butter cups mixed into it and whipped cream on top with the goodness of peanut butter on top. I am not i repeat NOT starting old habits again. I have to keep control of the situation and i will keep control but it was just fun with the girls.
Breakfast - 2 special k waffles - 4
Lunch - salad from willy t’s - 6
Supper - 1 cup of spaghetti - 4
snack - peanut butter sonic blast - 10

ok i went alittle over but hey we all have our bad days.
