Happy Friday!!! Finally its the weekend. I am so glad thought and i am actually ready for friday to come along because this week has been hell week for me and the eating front. I have not gained any weight but i just feel like i could have done so much better. On halloween night i know i ate three tootsie rolls (the small one’s) a tootsie roll sucker, a reese cup and something else but i cant remenber what and i sure could feel the sugar overload from it. Then yesterday i ate a blow pop and a peanutbutter cup AGAIN!!!!I ate out for lunch three times this week and what i ate was not bad but there could have been better choices i could have made. I am also so glad that i finally got all of the halloween candy out of my office and if i see one more reese peanut butter cup i may just eat it. I have had three this week along (yes they are a weekness of mine) and i have the case of oh well one wont hurt me but that turns into two then three. My goodness i have got to get a grip on myself and what i put into my mouth.
Starting monday i plan on jumping back on the wagon and getting a grip on this lifestyle change for good..
Breakfast - WW English Muffin - 4
Lunch - Lean Cusine Chicken Fried rice - 5
Supper - Salad from Zaxaby’s with light ranch - 6
Snack - 1 resses peanut butter cup -4
1 blow pop - 1

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
