HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO YOU ALL, i hope everyone has a wonderful, safe halloween. Can you believe how fast October has went by, next thing you know it will be christmas. Me and the bf are going to take his two nephew trick or treating tonight since they have a new baby in the house they are going to be superman and tigger. I have not done good this week and hope that tomorrow will be a start to a new day.
Breakfast - Special k red berries
lunch - grilled chicken sand
baked potatoe with butter and sour cream
supper - small piece of chicken
1 cup of field peas
baked potatoe with sour cream, mozzellera cheese and butter
I dont know what it was but yesterday i just needed the baked potatoe i guess my body was craving some starch.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
