I hope to get in alot of excerise this weekend since i only walked one day this week. I did stay the same which is good since i had a splurge day wednesday. Hopefully next week i can gain hold of it all but tom is here so i am expecting alittle gain from him.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
