First of all what is up with this heat??? It was 90 degrees outside this weekend and hello is it not October? Well we went to my college to enjoy the homecoming festivites andat the last minute we to the football game which was played at 2:00 hello the hottest time of the day so i made my chicken roll up and had to eat it really fast (ugh) and i did some major sweating, so much that my shirt, which was white, was completely soaked with sweat so i am counting 5 activity points for this one. Im sure it look like i just entered a wet tee shirt contest but hey at least i fit in with everyone else around me. I know i sweated off that chicken roll up because by 6:30 when the game was over with i was completely starving so bad that i would have killed someone over food, so we decided to stop by this little diner and eat and i tryed to be good but just could not help myself but i dont think i did too bad. Oh and i almost forget the two mile walk there and back. So here it goes:
Breakfast - 2 Kashi Waffles w/ low fat syrup - 5
Lunch - chicken roll up - 6 ( i added just a bit of reg chedder cheese)
Supper - Grilled chicken tenders
Green beans
Purple hull peas - 10

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
