Well i broke my streak of maintance and this morning when i weighed in i was down 1 pound. I am excited even thought it is just 1 pound. I was really suprised because this week it has rained or we had something planned and i could not walk but did try to do some running in place jogging in the house ( hope that counts). My chicken wrap turned out really good and it was only 5 points for all of it. I am planning on doing alot of excerise this weekend to catch myself back up with what i dident do this week. This weekend is Homecoming at my old college so i think i am going to go join the activities, i know last year they had this rock climb you could do and i really wanted to do it but was to afraid i would make a fool of myself but this year i am doing it for sure. Oh and i only lack 5 pounds till i am to my 10%
Breakfast - 3
Lunch - Grilled Chicken sand.
Baked potatoe - 10
Supper - Turkey sub - 5
Snack - Black Bean dip w/ mozella cheese & baked chips - 3

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
