Well today i did not do to bad on the eating front but i have noticed that i really want to be bad yesterday i ate a salad from Willey T ’s and it was so so good but i really should not have eaten out i should have just eaten what i had brought from home to eat for lunch. Then today some co workers were eating out and i almost had my self convenice to eat out but i dident (thank goodness). Yesterday me and the bf got outside and washed my car twice and i cleaned the inside out and vacumed it out so i am giving my self 1 activity point for doing that because boy was it some work. Tonight i am cooking a chicken rollup here it is:
1 wheat flat wrap or wheat tortilla
spinach leaves
a couple stirps of grilled chicken with some basil and alittle garlic
1/2 of FF mozella cheese
some sun dried tomatoes and two spoons full of ff refried beans maby some jalapones
then roll it all up and put in a skillet and brown both sides until the cheese melts and dip in salsa
So so good and i cant wait to dig in to it.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
