Ok so thats what i have for the day. Ok i know i know the oreo’s but i just could not help it the nephew was feeding me (ugh) and it was just too funny. He would eat a bit then me then him then me. I am trying to start charting more and more of what i eat, although i do chart in my head and do my points that way but i think i need to do more of sharing. Dont have a whole lot to say today but then time is very short so i will have to fill in tomorrow morning on everything. I plan on have me a good walk tonight after work and i am very excited about that.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
