Last night the bf and i ate at Applebee’s for supper to celebrate our two year anniversary. I had the WW steak and shrimp with teriyaki sauce. OMG it was so good. I highly recommend if you have a Applebee’s any where near you go try the WW foods they have on there menu what i ate was only 7 pts and it was so good. I think all restaurants should jump on this trend and start putting WW friendly meals on there menu. This is my new fav restaurant.
The bf and i had a really good weekend at the comedy club we saw this comedian named Heath Hyche ( google him) he was so funny and we had a really good time. Now this week is the bf birthday and i like to make a big deal of birthdays so i have alittle something up my sleeve and no there will be no cake, i have already told him that but i am going to make him some of roni brownie’s and if anyone else had a good recipe for a cake or pie of some kind, something good for a birthday i would love to use it if you dont mind. Supper @ Applebee’s - 7pts

Snack - 100 calorie cupcakes 2 pts -oh so good

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
