First off i hope you all have a wonderful weekend. No i didnt have anything unexpected happen to me today (thank goodness). Lastnight i cooked (yea) the bf was very excited about that. What did i cook you ask? Well i made a WW friendly chicken pot pie. Oh it was so good and just full of veggies. I’ll post the recipe later i forget to grab it when i came to post. Tonight is date night for me and the bf, so thats so exciting we are going to the comedy club, maby i will laugh some calories away. I went shopping today about bought this very cute casual black skirt that tie’s in the front so i plan on wearing it tonight. Most of my clothes are big on me now so i thought it would be nice for the bf to see me in something that actually fits and its a plus because its a skirt and i have great legs. Thats one part of the body i will tell that is great and would do nothing to change it. I always thought i was shaped wierd. I have very athletic legs (you can tell i walk) and i think they are pretty, i dont have a big butt or big hips, but the belly now is where i tend to gain my weight. I have pretty much come accustom to way to hide it. I have a few little tricks to cover it. I always wear a belt, i buy my pants loose in the waste but fitted everywhere else, i like pants that have alittle streach to them, wear shoes with a little height to them to make me look taller and slimmer, if my pants are dark i wear a light color shirt or opposite, the big belts you wear on top of your clothes does wonder to hide a belly, dont wear empire waist shirts unless the waist is at least three fingers wide, oh i have so many to name. Anybody else have any tricks they use to hide that certain part of there body??? I have a whole lot of things to do this weekend. Got to get a baby gift, the bf’s bday gift, another bday gift, and i am going to walmart on a hunt for new things to try. So i will feel you all in on the update come monday. Have a good weekend all. Oh and i am trying a step class this weekend. Wish me luck im gonna need it.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
