Yes i am doing the happy dance again today. Well let me start off from the beginning. This morning i was trying to find something to wear to work. Where i work the dress is usually casual jeans and a nice shirt. Well i was tired of wearing the same old stuff each week so i did a little venture into the closet(about got lost in there) well i pulled a couple pair of Capri pants that i haven’t see in about two years. Now two years ago when i wore these they were snug and i haven’t seen the old girls since. Well i thought to myself “hum i wonder if these bad boys will fit, what do i have to lose” So i slipped the first pair on and * drum roll please* THEY FIT. Actually they were lose on me. Can you believe it they fit. I was so excited, i was jumping up and down like a little school girl. I could not believe it. The thing is they looked good on me actually looked good. So i became brave and took the second pair off and THEY FIT TOO. Then the third pair and for the record i quiet wearing these because my butt looked like duck tape stretch across it, like i was melted and pored into them, and THEY FIT. Wo0 hoo what a morning. So today i am wearing the denim pair and i look flab-ulous. my butt hasn’t looked this good in a pair of pants since ever. So now here i am strutting my stuff like i am on a cat walk batting my eyes, and working that run way. Boy does this feel good. One more thing some-days i don’t eat my total pts given to eat, is this a bad thing or should i make sure i eat at least my min of points?

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
