Happy Monday all… Well i had an very exciting weekend but did not eat too well. Yes i tried i really tried but the plus side is i did a whole lot of exercising. Well first we had 2 funerals and one birthday party this weekend and I’m in Alabama and its about 100 degrees outside so the two funerals gave me a whole lot of sweating(if this counts) I mean why have an hour funeral OUTSIDE when its freaking hot. So think sweating for an hour times 2. Then the birthday party was a BBQ so that lead to alittle bad eating. I mean i really tried but the bf’s family was trying to load up my plate with food. Before you ask no these people are all very skinny people so i was like ok why load up my plate when you don’t even eat. They all know that i am doing the WW thing but it was like they were trying to break me. I man come on be a little supportive. I did stay away from the birthday cake thought. I walked about four miles and the bf has bought him a new boat and we did a little water skiing and oh boy do i have some body hurting especially in the legs i didnt know could hurt. What a workout that was. Well i was too afraid to check out the scale this morning so i skipped today. I did try something new this weekend that i had ready about on someone else’s blog. it was a WW friendly pizza. i used wheat flat wraps and cooked it a little to be a little crispy before i put everything else on it then i put tomato sauce on it, some FF cheese and some turkey pepperoni on it. It turned out to be really good. Also, i have tryed some grilled chicken strips on it, a little bell pepper, some onions and FF cheese. Oh so good. I’ll have to pull a Roni and start taking pics.
NEW FIND ALERT
another new find that i have found was these Quaker Mini Delights in the Chocolatey Drizzle. They are only 90 calories and they are really good. You get alot more in the bag then i ever expected and they took away that chocolate crave i was wanting.
Something else i found this weekend was these Quaker Ranch flavored Rice Cakes. They were not indivually wrapped but you can have 12 (i think) in the serving size. Not sure on the calories right off hand but i will check and let you all know, but i know they are WW friendly.

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
