Finally its friday yea yea yea….. Well i have a quick question i wanted to run by all of you bloggers. I love mexican food especially at this certain restuarent. well the proublem is i havent been able to find anything that was not blowing my point that i can eat. So if any of you have any suggestions please leave me a comment or shoot me an email i would love to hear them. Well so far i will give you a run down on my week. I really tryed to turn it up a notch this week with my eating and walking/running. well so far i have really loved all the waking i’ve been doing it almost like a stress reliever and a meditation moment at that, its just so quiet in the mornings where i live so you can almost just relax and walk if thats a such thing. I did really good on my eating today to (pat on the back) just making really healthy choices. I really am enjoying this weight watchers thing (if thats such a thing) Its just that in the past couple of weeks i have been stuck at the same weight just maintaing the loss and thats it. I guess its better to maintain then to gain but its almost like just eating on potatoe chip out of the bag its just hard to do and with the losing of the weight after you get alittle taste of it then you wont more and more and more. I guess its like my BF always says women are never satified. So are we ever satified with what we have or do we crave for more?

Every once in a while you need to give in to your cravings or you will totally binge when you just can’t do it anymore. Remember that dieting isn’t easy, you will have ups and downs and that you need to reward yourself from time to time for all the hard work you have been doing! Keep trudging along, you can do it!
