goals for the week…
22 02 2008I have been drinking more water and less soda….most days only one. I had 2 today!
I haev only done my stretch bands one time..so I am going to get them in today adn again on Sunday…..
Eating has been pretty good…I am definatley doing better at eating real food adn not boxed or processed stuff…my reality is I can overeat anything….overeating healthy foods is better, but still calories adn overeating!
I weighed in today and was down 1.4. I am glad, it brings me to where I was 2 weeks ago……I am 206 today. My goal is to be under 200 by Easter–one month. I have made this goal numerous times over the last 6 months….seroisuly look back thorugh my blog…but this time I AM GOING TO DO IT!
Better run…lots of work to do and nap time has just begun…….

How’s your under 200 goal coming??? Way to go for being down 1.4! That’s great! I really want to hit 145 by easter as well… maybe we can motivate each other! (:
