starting a new week….

I posted after my WI Friday adn then it was a BUSY weekend, we had company. I did ok. Not terrific, but I didn’t give it all up.

So I got back on counting points yesterday afternoon….and today we are off to a good start.  I have been doing ok with my cardio owrkouts the last 3-4 weeks…I get in 3 or 4 times a week…..and I know I need to step it up with some weight training. I had bought some stretch badn things awhile ago adn they have sat on a shelf. I broke them out this morning and when my daighter was dancing I did some lifting stuff..it worked well. My goal is to do it 3 times this week.  I think my daughter was slightly entranced by what I was doing….:)

Anyway…I have to run b/c I have a ton to do. But I wanted to blog…..I have been reading others blogs adn folks aorund this place are inspiring…..
