the weekend

Well, I did a lot of consiously poor eating…..last night we went out with friends to a bar and hungout and played pool–it was very fun. Not bad on the drink front since I was driving, but I did over partake in the bar food…you knwo the greasy plates!!! This morning was ok 2 wheat pancakes with spray butter…but then I decided to make a frozen pizza for us for lunch. I also made a huge salad thinking, I will fill up on salad and only eat 1 piece of pizza…no, I ate 1/2 the pizza…..so…..now the kids are getting ready to go to naptime and I am going to the gym. I wasn’t going too, but I need to and I have a healthy dinner planned….I am not waitning til tomorrow, I am getting it under control now.

My oldest is having a terrible morning….you know the type, where your toddler wakes up whiney, clingy, argyumentative and well, just pretty difficult to be around and stay patient…needless to say she is down for an early nap and I still need to work on figurring out why when she acts that way it makes me want to eat!!

Off to the gym….
