As you can see, I’ve had a 10 lb gain from my all-time low, but I’m also at my most fit. With me, it’s either fitness or sveltness– no happy medium yet!

I’m 10 weeks into triathlon training now. I’ve lost over an inch in my waist, lost an inch in the chest, and gained (possibly….I now have a tape so presumably more accurate than before) a tiny bit in the rear. To be honest, I’m happy with these proportions!
