Lenten Goal

I am not a hugely religious person but Lent always seems like a good time to re-focus and try and do something positive. I know usually people give things up for sacrice, but it can also be a sacrifice to do something new in a positive light. So here they are, my goals for Lent:
1. 15 minutes of morning meditation
2. Post my menus & re-focus on my healthy lifestyle changes
3. OK, I am giving up something. NO POP!!!!
Anyone else have any goals for Lent?

I gave up sweets and the hubby gave up red meat. Therefore, I gave up sweets and red meat. (c: He’d die if I ate red meat in front of him so I joined his wagon to be supportive. Good luck to us both over the next 40 days!
