I always, always, always feel so strong until the damn weekend hits. Also, as a self-proclaimed emotional eater, life has been coming at me fast the last couple of weeks and my diet/body reflect this. I had a TOTAL emotional breakdown in bed last night. I always get to thinking at night when there are no TV/papers to write/dishes to do to distract me. I’m definitely feeling just NEGATIVE and I’m not sure how to break out of it.

Well you are already doing one productive thing to snap out of it, and that’s coming here and blogging! Let it all out if you need to because you know we are here to listen and support! And also take solice in the fact that you are NOT alone in the emotional eating department, I think we all fall prey to it but we eventually get a handle on it. And that’s all you can hope for. Throw in some positive self talk (because face it, there ARE positive things going on in your life, you just have to acknowledge them!) and you’ll be out of the slump before you know it! Checking back!
