I’m not sure if I am the only fan of The Office on NBC, but tonight was a pretty big night for those of us who claim to be true Dunder-Heads. The first new episode, in over FIVE MONTHS, aired tonight and it did NOT disappoint. I looked forward to it all day and it made my day go by so QUICK. I am feeling SO SO much better on the eating front and finally like my big butt made it back on the wagon, so we’ll see if we can keep this motivation up.
Today, weather wise, was SUPER GLOOMY….and it’s supposed to start snowing!!! I don’t even want to talk about it. I’m going to post my journal again today, as per my promise a few days ago. I have realized that I probably cannot buy Fiber One Bars however because I can’t lay off of them. I’ve been eating like two a day for a couple of days and I know they aren’t the most unprocessed bars out there. I’m thinking that I’ll switch to Kashi for awhile. I used to buy those and I really liked them. Hopefully, I can have a little more self control with those!
