So I was talking to my head trainer yesterday and told him I really want to have another 40 pounds off by mid-July.  He said it’s possible, but I have to really blow off everything else and concentrate on it.  He said it’s much more realistic to have that 40 pounds off by September.  The work will be nearly as hard, but I don’t have to kill myself to do so.

He suggested that on top of what I am already doing, which basically is working out about 45 minutes a day 5 days a week, that I add in 30 minutes to an hour of cardio at least 3 more days a week.  Starting Sunday (today I have a doctor’s appointment, tomorrow I am spending the entire day doing wedding foo) I will be doing just that!  Not entirely sure what I’m going to do each day, but I know I’m going to run the 3 miles around Memorial Park on Saturdays and at least 2 miles around my neighborhood on Sundays, though I may go find a local park to do that as well.  We’ll see.

I’m on a downswing weight wise.  Not quite back to the total weight loss of 57.3, but I’m /almost/ there.  I hate plateaus.  You don’t just stall, you yo-yo.  Oy.
