			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What a crazy two days!!  I left Hawaii at 1:30 Hawaii time and flew to San Fran&#8230;but since there is bad weather back east my flight to San Diego was delayed by 3 hours&#8230;so I didn&#8217;t even get back to San Diego until 3am&#8230;.AND I WAS STARVING!!!!  If I could have eaten my flip flop I would have&#8230;just didn&#8217;t know how many points in a flip flop  :)  Well not much is open at 3am so off to Denny&#8217;s the hubby and I go&#8230;not too many great choices there&#8230;.had a very bad breakfast in more ways then one&#8230;went home and slept for four hours and got up to head to the airport at 9:30 to catch my flight to memphis.  Well my stomach was just sick from the crap I ate at Denny&#8217;s do I only had a cup of coffee and out the door.  At the airport I grabbed a supersize Starbucks with triple shot to get me going&#8230;.at least it&#8217;s a milk serving.  Then on to the plane&#8230;.I was hungry about halfway through so I got one of those snack boxes&#8230;21 points later&#8230;.whew 21 points for not a whole lot of stuff&#8230;but when you are hungry you gotta eat.  I just had a salad here in Memphis but wow looking at the past few days I will be lucky to hold onto my Onederland status this week&#8230;no worries&#8230;I can get back on track in no time.  The good news is at least I got a good workout in before I left Hawaii and I should be able to get a run in tomorrow morning before we drive up to Maryland&#8230;.</p>
<p>So I have learned that no matter how well you plan when you travel&#8230;you can&#8217;t plan for bad weather&#8230;.my snacks ran out before I could get home.  Sometimes you just have to bite the bullet&#8230;or the snack box as it may be&#8230;.because you are hungry.  Well I am going to push lots of water and really focus on what I eat for the next few days.  My workouts are off kilter, my eating is not where I like it to be and I am sooooo tired.  I will be in Maryland for two weeks so I hope to right things with my system&#8230;.and I will go to a meeting if I can take the rental car&#8230;I will keep you posted!!</p>

<p> Tomorrow is May 1st&#8230;so it&#8217;s a brand new month&#8230;so a new challenge is needed.  I am going to pick up where I left off last month with my strength training&#8230;yes I will start to do those push ups again&#8230;.even if I do think that my arms are way too long and it&#8217;s not really fair&#8230;but anyway&#8230;.</p>
<p>Also I want to be at my 75 pound mark by my 36th Birthday and that is May 28th&#8230;.so 28 days and 5 pounds to go!!!  I really need to stay on track I can&#8217;t let the whole 199 thing go to my head  <img src='http://blogs.weightwatchen.com/ronji/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>I tried trial running with the hubby last month&#8230;.the trails he picked were not fun because of the mountains he wanted me to run up and down.  We have mapped out a new trail that has nice rolling hills&#8230;gentle up and down just the way I like it&#8230;so this month I am going to start working on my trail skills.  I like to run outside but I get bored on the streets&#8230;the treadmill is nice because I can plug into my music and completely tune everything out and just run without worry&#8230;.trails are the best of both worlds&#8230;.I can be outside without the traffic and stoplights&#8230;.and I can tune out and run with my IPOD just the way I like&#8230;and the ups and downs and side to side help make me stronger.</p>
<p>I just had some more of the pringles&#8230;.I think I may have to dump dirt on them or something&#8230;I can&#8217;t help myself&#8230;.I AM WEAK!!  hehehehehe&#8230;.but sometimes weak is fun!!!  give in a little here&#8230;.run a little there&#8230;does it really work out in the end??  We will see I guess&#8230;..</p>

<p>So I am not going to stay in Hawaii as long as planned.  I will leave here on Friday and get home to San Diego at midnight&#8230;just to turn around and hope on a plane for Norfolk, VA less than 12 hours later&#8230;talk about good times.  I am really looking forward to what I am going to VA for&#8230;.but such a long couple of days of travel&#8230;.must drink lots of water!!</p>
<p>Now for my new problem&#8230;.Since I am living in a hotel I try to get snacks to pack in my lunch&#8230;well&#8230;I bought some of those Fat Free Pringles&#8230;.and I can&#8217;t stop eating them&#8230;they are like crack!!  I walk by and munch&#8230;then munch again&#8230;I have always been a chip kinda girl so this was probably not the best choice to keep around&#8230;.I had better watch it or I may end up back in the 200&#8217;s before I really have the chance to enjoy my newest weight class  :)  Mental note to self&#8230;do not buy anything other than a single serving of any kind of chips&#8230;just because they are fat free does not me calorie free&#8230;.UGH!!</p>
<p>I have been running&#8230;and I have run my 5K in 27:24&#8230;fastest yet!!  I love that I am getting stronger and faster.  I have been doing the Serena Williams Interval training workout on my IPOD&#8230;.I love that she coaches you and it&#8217;s interval so I just make it a goal to go faster each time I do it&#8230;even if it&#8217;s just a little bit&#8230;each little bit adds up in the long run and I am really getting into my groove&#8230;just have to keep the FF pringles out of the groove&#8230;trouble I tell you&#8230;that&#8217;s all they are.</p>
<p>Well I have found a meeting where I will be in VA&#8230;but I have to share a rental car with some of the guys I work with&#8230;so I will have to work that angle when I get there&#8230;.but one way or another I will stay on track!!  As always I have booked a hotel with a microwave, fridge and coffeepot&#8230;I will pick up a few items at the store to take care of meals within my points&#8230;now I just have to find a place to workout&#8230;.it&#8217;s hot so I hope to find a gym&#8230;but if I have to I will suck it up and run outside in the hot humid east coast weather&#8230;.I am way too spoiled being from San Diego&#8230;.it&#8217;s always nice for a run outside.  Just gotta focus and I will be fine.  Checking back as always&#8230;..</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>so here I am&#8230;.I am doing laundry at least getting ready for another trip to Hawaii&#8230;but I hate packing!!  Hubby is making some salmon for dinner tonight&#8230;we had shrimp last night&#8230;gotta go a little light this weekend.  We went out to dinner on Thursday and I had Chicken fajitas, spinach artichoke dip with chips and a stawberry cheesecake cup&#8230;.and it was all great and worth each and every bite :)  I ate all of my chicken and only two tortillas&#8230;steered clear of the rice and went very light on the cheese so it wasn&#8217;t all that bad&#8230;but I was really in the mood for the dip and 10 points later&#8230;I was happy but still on track&#8230;that&#8217;s why I love WW.</p>
<p>I ran 9 miles yesterday&#8230;.yes 9 without stopping&#8230;.woohoo for me.  I just got back from knocking out a 10K&#8230;running is great but I peetered out on my push ups&#8230;.so for May I am pushing up for sure.  My B-day is on the 28th of May and I am working on hitting my 75 lbs gone by then&#8230;.I am so close to the 190&#8217;s it&#8217;s all I can think about&#8230;.I don&#8217;t know why in my head I have made that such a huge milestone&#8230;but it just seems if I can make it there&#8230;.I will get to goal. </p>
<p>Well time to add the fabric softner&#8230;and I guess I need to figure out what is going with me and what I need to go buy&#8230;I am having pants issues right now so I may need to go out tomorrow and pick up a few things.  Hawaii doesn&#8217;t have a great selection of stores to pick up inexpensive things so I am better off getting what I need here.  Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend&#8230;.and I will check back later.</p>

<p> Crazy week again&#8230;.between jumping between the shipyard and both of my offices I wonder how I ever get anything done!!  I hate when other people screw stuff up so you have to knee jerk in order to get your schedule flipped around to get everything done.  I had the perfect plan to get through this week&#8230;was all set to be able to get everything done with out all the running around&#8230;but Nooooo&#8230;..somebody has to not file the right forms and I end up having to move something that should have been done Monday to Thursday and that just flipped everything off schedule&#8230;whew&#8230;.I wish I could explain more&#8230;but I hope you catch my drift&#8230;.</p>
<p>My WI last night was pretty good&#8230;down 2.4 pounds and according to my BMI I am no longer Obese&#8230;I am now just Overweight&#8230;and I will take that and smile&#8230;oh to just be overweight again such an accomplishment  :)  I am just 2.7 pounds from entering onederland and I can&#8217;t wait&#8230;plus when I hit my 75 pound mark I am going to treat myself to something great&#8230;I just don&#8217;t know what it is yet. </p>
<p>Tomorrow I have to get everything here in San Diego wrapped up for the next two weeks while I am in Hawaii&#8230;.running around like a crazy girl&#8230;.I hope to have at least one day off this trip so I can go to the swap meet&#8230;gotta get some gifts.  This weekend I have to go hit some sales to get some pants&#8230;I have shifted a size again and now my pants slip down a little too much for my taste so I am going to hit the sale rack at the Avenue with my coupons and I hope to pick up a few cheap pairs of Chinos for this trip to Hawaii&#8230;they always get messed up on the ship in the yards anyway so it doesn&#8217;t have to be anything too nice.</p>
<p>Well just wanted to check in&#8230;.I hate not having the time to hang out and chat&#8230;phooey on work&#8230;I need a day off!!  I am going to take two days off in a row when I get back from Hawaii&#8230;.and I can&#8217;t wait&#8230;.two whole days of just hanging out watching daytime TV&#8230;ahhhh.  Talk to you later&#8230;.  <img src='http://blogs.weightwatchen.com/ronji/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>What a week!!  First it started with that wonderful time of the month that I just love.  I just don&#8217;t understand how my body still chooses to betray me when I am working so hard to get healthy&#8230;go figure.  So things may not have been really as bad as I thought they were&#8230;but of course my crazy mind adds much drama just because. </p>
<p>I have one ship we are working here in San Diego, plus a few other things I have had to juggle&#8230;then I have to finish a project in Hawaii&#8230;while still finishing up what I am working on here.  Looks like Germany is going to be July and August&#8230;so there goes the summer&#8230;but I am excited to go to Germany either way.</p>
<p>So last Wednesday I weighed in&#8230;up .6 but hey I was expecting it(TOM) so no biggie.  Had a great run and I am getting faster finally.  Work has been crazy and I have to get ready to head out to Hawaii next Monday&#8230;here come the 10 hour days and living in a hotel again&#8230;but I have done it before and stayed on track so I will do it again.</p>
<p>On Saturday Hubby and I did the Relay for Life&#8230;it was lots of fun and we walked two hours and that turned out to be about 7.5 miles&#8230;not to shabby.  We can home and I had to log a few miles running to keep ahead of some of the folks in one of my races&#8230;can&#8217;t let anyone get too far ahead&#8230;I have been on the edge of the top 5 for weeks&#8230;me and this one other guy just keep switching places&#8230;it&#8217;s fun and very motivating.</p>
<p> Sunday was the Hubby&#8217;s birthday&#8230;so off to REI to pick out his gift and he wanted Chicken Parmigiana with pasta&#8230;so of course he get what he wants&#8230;.but I have figured out how to lighten it up a bit and we actually prefer it now.  I have posted pics of some things on my new page &#8220;Dinnertime&#8221;.  I didn&#8217;t put points values&#8230;but they aren&#8217;t hard to figure out.</p>
<p>So here we are at Monday&#8230;.whew&#8230;looking back it doesn&#8217;t seem like much&#8230;but at the time I was going a little crazy&#8230;this week is going to be a little rough&#8230;just because I have to do a few things before I hit the road again.</p>
<p>Now for my activity&#8230;I have been staying on top of running&#8230;push ups not as much as I would like.  Something had to give and it turned out my blogging had to take a back seat&#8230;and that sucked!!  I miss you guys now that I have found you <img src='http://blogs.weightwatchen.com/ronji/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>AAC Wed 47/590; Thur 46/636; Fri 71/707; Sat 170/877; Sun 140/1017; Mon 40/1057&#8230;runs are getting stronger and I finished my second 5K in 28:34 so that makes two for the month.  I still want to get to a class but I have to figure out when to work it in.  Push ups still need lots of work&#8230;I just didn&#8217;t commit like I needed to&#8230;gotta find the fun in it so I can stick with it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry I have been out of touch for the week&#8230;soooooo busy!!  Hubby and I walked in the American Cancer Society Relay for Life today&#8230;and we are getting ready for dinner right now.  I will be back later to update everything to include:  a few recipes, AAC updates, and just general stuff from the week&#8230;.and I have some catching up on my reading too&#8230;gotta see what everyone else has been up too&#8230;.</p>

		<title>Watching TV&#8230;who me?</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I watched the Biggest Loser for the first time last night&#8230;it was great to see all the hard work those folks put in&#8230;but I remember why I don&#8217;t watch TV&#8230;too many commercials&#8230;I think the last half hour of that show was all commercials with about 5 mins of show  <img src='http://blogs.weightwatchen.com/ronji/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Also since it is that TOM for me&#8230;my body has decided to go ahead and continue to betray me&#8230;no energy&#8230;snacky&#8230;sleepy&#8230;.ugh&#8230;I hate it!!  Last night I didn&#8217;t go run, I was in the shipyard all day so I was tired from that and just general no energy&#8230;yuck!  I made Roni&#8217;s Zucchini Spaghetti Squash Lasagna&#8230;soooo gooood and really light I have pics I will post later.  I also had some smore&#8217;s poptarts&#8230;and those were soooo goood too  :)  I really wanted some gooey chocolate and those were perfect.  I can&#8217;t remember the last time I had a pop tart but they were worth the points for sure. </p>
<p>I woke up this morning and went to the gym&#8230;I was going to get in a quick workout.  It was early 4:40 so I got dressed and headed out&#8230;I didn&#8217;t notice until I was trying to run this morning that my workout pants didn&#8217;t have a drawstring so I ended up going back home because I couldn&#8217;t get my pants to stay up while I worked out.  I know there are worse things that could happen but I didn&#8217;t want to drop my pants in front of all the folks at the Y.  I will get a good run in this afternoon with some pants that will stay up. </p>
<p>I am feeling much better today so I know I will have a great run this afternoon.  I also have my WI, but hard to tell what the scale is going to do&#8230;I know I did well this past week so if I am up I know why.  I am also getting ready to go back to Hawaii for work&#8230;I have a meeting that I go to there and it will be nice to see that group again&#8230;Maggie the leader is lots of fun.  I love my meeting here but it is nice to have another great meeting to go to when I travel.  I had better get some work done&#8230;checking back later&#8230;</p>
