Close your eyes and remember how much fun and how many laughs you had this past weekend.  While a gain always stings a little, sometimes we need to just let loose and not think about our weight.  Our bodies aren't as cooperative as some of our friend's bodies, but there's no reason you shouldn't have as much fun.  A new weekend is here and now it's time to jump back on the WW train!

2. It won't take you as long to re-lose (is that a word) those 2.8 lbs, it's probably a lot of water.
