So, today was WI…was only down .6
But a loss is a loss! But I was really expecting MUCH better because I did well this week! I went to the gym 4 days straight and ate really well. Oh well, maybe it will catch up with me next week! I’m in this for the long haul and I feel better, so that’s all that counts!
Nothing big planned for the weekend. Will be going to Body Pump in the morning and may even do 30-45 min. of cardio as well. Have a great weekend all!

All the little losses add up over time. You are doing so great on the exercise! You’ve really been busting it! Keep up the “sweaty” work. That’s the worst part of exercise for me…I hate to sweat! LOL

Your right a loss is a loss. It sounds like you exercise alot. I really need to join a gym soon.
