Ditto what Kristi said! I am so freakin’ happy that Ali won The Biggest Loser! What motivation, huh? I went to Body Pump last night and really worked hard…adding weight to almost every set! I felt so good when I got done! AND ….the big accomplishment…. packed my lunch for today and didn’t even have a snack before bed! That’s HUGE for me! :)

    Seeing Ali win was so exciting! Did you check out her arms??? OMG!! They are fabulous! I want arms like that! I’m going to have two mud flaps after I’ve lost my weight! Maybe I should buy a truck?!? LOL Maybe I should start hitting the weights? *sigh*

    She was totally an inspiration! I totally wanted to hit the gym after seeing her. If I saw her on the street I would never in a million years think that she had lost that much weight. It’s like it all snapped back in place. You know she worked/ is working hard!
