Not a good day! Breakfast Bar w/friends=a gazillion points!!
Dinner= small portion of DH’s Beef Bourginon (sp)
and now the mouth is shut down for the day. I’m also going for a two mile walk RIGHT NOW!!!

I’m starting to at least post my food consumption on a daily basis. It’s a start…maybe make me for accountable for what I put in my mouth. I do try to log it everyday…but I’m the only one that sees it. I hope by posting it on the blog site might help hold me a bit more accountable.
Wheaties -1.5 cups w/ff milk=4 points
That’s a start. I’ll be back later this PM to update after work.
Lunch- 1 cup pasta w/meatball and gravy= 9 points
apple w/pb= 3
snack-1/4 cup almonds=3

I’m OP all the way. I’ve had my protein smoothie this AM and I had some sezchaun (sp?) chicken with a ton of vegetables. I’m on a roll, hopefully it will continue. I’m going to work-out after posting this. I need to have more commitment to my healthy lifestyle! That’s been my problem of late…being committed and then I back slide. No more! Time to go and work out!

I’m not going to bore you with the ugly details….but it’s been a HELLIOUS 6 weeks! My 17 year old son got in some trouble …(MAJOR TROUBLE) there has been court, trying to get him in to a different school ( He’s A Senior!
}, dealing with the drama….oh and I went to England to see the in laws and extended family. CAN you say STRESS???
Unbelieveably, I’ve only gained about 5 pounds… I don’t like it….I need the focus on ME again. I’m back and its with a vengeance!!!! I’ve missed reading all your posts and I missed blogging too. I really do believe that it helps me keep on track and focused. So… hello Weight Watchen Community…I’m back and I’m staying!!!

Ever been there? I just don’t feel like measuring food, exercising, planning meals…etc. My head isn’t in the game , so to speak. I have to get my MOJO back…Any suggestions? I leave for England on Thanksgiving and I want to be 10 lbs lighter by then. Help!!!!??

I’m siiting here this early morning listening to the rain. I’m dreading having to go out in it later. Hopefully, it will let up by the time I have to leave. I’m excited about this AM. I’m meeting up with some old co-workers from my previous job. We’re meeting for breakfast, and I have a plan. I’m eating healthy and making smart choices.

and didn’t work out this AM. This 3 day 36 hour “marathon” of hours justs kills me some weekends. When it’s busy….you’re lucky if you have time for a bathroom break, let alone eat something. This is my last 12 hours then I’m off for 2 days. I’m sooooo looking forward to my days off. I hope to do some meal planning and find some new ideas.
Thats the plan…and I’ll be sticking to it! The scale appears to be moving downward at a very slow pace…but a loss is a loss so I’ll take it any way I can!!!

It’s a work day for me. I really don’t mind. Week-ends tend to be a bit more laid back and I’m able to stay OP fairly easy. Speaking of which…I need to stop this cycle I’m currently in. I have a few good days….then its followed by a few “bad” choices days. I’ve been “maintaining for far too long now….I need a kick in the rear!
I plan on going over some menu ideas and try a few new things. I really think I’m starting to get a bit bored with my routine and that includes meal planning.

and that’s okay. I did walk ALOT but I also didn’t give a hoot to what I ate. Needless to say…I did not make the healthiest of choices. I’m not freaking about it…and I’m just hoppin’ right back on the weight loss wagon. I’m sure the flying contributed to some of that “gain”. I really need to get to my early AM workouts. That seems to help me stay on track for the day…and I do feel great after completing it.
PFT week end is to relax and enjoy it! Hope to also get some reading time in too. I’m outta here!
