Here’s a list of the Goals i have set myself (i will check them off once they’re completed)

  • Get under the 90 kg mark (for the first time since 1 year, which is under 200lbs)
  • Lose 10% of my bodyweight
  • Shed another 6 kg in order to be under the 80kg mark (the weight i used to have before i started working)
  • Get to 75kg which would be in the Overweight BMI class (and no longer obese)
  • Finally reach 70kg (approx. 154lbs), the weight i used to be when i thought i was fat!
