I’m back from my fabulous week in the Scotish Highlands and let me tell you, it was truly beautiful!!! I usually go to somewhere scorching hot in summer but this turned out to be so much fun even if i didn’t get to sunbathe or have a party with a bunch of German tourists….
I left last Thursday and got back this Thursday early at 3 am.
I’m going to try to do a little summary of all i did up in Scotland in the few days with pictures and everything 
please be patient as i need to sort all the stuff out still (pictures, maps and others)
Foodwise… Hm well it’s been reasonable. I have not been journaling but i feel like i did the right choices in the last couple of weeks. Right now i’m at about 93.5 kg which is about what i was when i started out WW 4 weeks ago, but inbetween i had been putting on a little bit so i’m quite happy that i’m back to where i started (which really is pathetic, right?!)
This one will be a short post, i’m exhausted and really need to get to bed.
