30, Thin, & Thriving!

Hello everyone!!! So… I happily maintained for a while… and now I am happily gaining! LOTS! So… I am back! RRRRR….I really am mad at myself for letting this happen! I have had some happy changes going on in life so I have not had as much time for hitting the gym… as far as eating right…. hah! not happening! it’s more like eating WAY WRONG! Let’s just say that I completely fell overboard with a 2 ton weight strapped to my leg that drug me to rock bottom! it’s been BAD! But the good news…. I AM HAPPY!!!! SOOO HAPPY! Other then the weight struggle life is really good… i think that is part of the weight gain… so I will take it and deal with it! Time to lose a little though! For those that have followed my weight loss journey, you may recall the 9 day cleanse that I did last year that really worked for me… I have decided to jump start my loss by doing the cleanse first and then hitting WWers… so today is day 1 of the cleanse… which means that I don’t get to eat ANYTHING! I am afraid that this is going to be tough b/c my poor body is use to eating EVERYTHING lately! lol! I am determined though, and once that happens… I do it! So I know that I will be able to stick to it! All of my pants are too tight to wear and I don’t feel good in ANYTHING! I have gotta do something… so this is it! Wish me luck! I think I am going to need a little support!
