The good and the bad….
14 01 2008I have good news and bad news… lets start with the good!
I had WI on Friday… 156.2!!!! That is the lowest I have been since I started WWers in Feb! I am very excited! However…. now for the bad…. I had a bit of a hard weekend, ended up having a 3 am pitty party with a great friend (yes, ice cream was involved! lol! :))… and the scale is showing proof of it this morning…. but today is Monday and I am back on track and will be down some more on Friday! I am determined! I am not going to let one small setback and one hard weekend throw me off course this time… I am going to stick to hit and hit my goal that I want so bad! I am already feeling better today and know that it is going to be a great week… I may fall down every now and then, but I always get back up and become stronger!






One setback cannot undo all the hard work you have done unless you let it! Sounds like you are in control and will make goal soon! Congrats
